Service Projects
We want people to know what we are doing.  On this page, you will be able to read about some of the projects we have been involved in over the past few years.

We seek people who are already at work in our community and attempt to help them make their projects a reality.  We hope to help enhance both educational and recreational experiences for the children in Lawrence County, TN.  We seek projects which will benefit the maximum number of children.  Our main objective is to ensure that children in Lawrence County are prepared for our ever-changing world.

David Weathers Charities, Inc. has been forced to establish guidelines for consideration of requests.  We no longer sponsor individuals (excluding our college scholarships and FCA Camps) or athletic teams not affiliated with a Lawrence County School.

Again, we attempt to seek projects to benefit a MAXIMUM number of children over a MAXIMUM number of years.  In other words, projects that last.
